Neemas dad, Abhinandan and she relocate to Nasik to live with Narendra, Neemas second brother and his wife. This is where her son grows up, curious to know about his dad. Years later Arun with his hardwork becomes rich and successful business man. When his son turns 14, Arun shows up on her doorstep only to be told that their son has run away from home. An enraged Arun must now find if Neema is telling the truth or hiding their son someplace else, After passing out from school her son decides to go to Bombay and runs away from home. He briefly meets his father on the way while getting directions to the college. He happens to get sick just outside Karunas home. She treats him and finds that he is Aruns son. She immediately calls Arun to meet him. Arun requests Karuna to keep him in her house. In college Nandu meets friends Padmini Kolhapure. Nandu returns to see his mother and gives her news that he has found his father. She becomes bit interested in Aruns whereabouts. However Arun does not want to meet or come together with Nima due to her bitter words earlier.Nandu goes to Nasik to meet his friends with Padmini Kolhapure, it seems that they are in love and sing a song on a bike. While enjoying this beautiful time, a truck hits them and Nandu is admitted to hospital. Arun reaches Nasik. Nadu is being operated. In this situation Nima meets Arun. They resolve differences and Nima accepts that she pulled things too far. Nandus operation resolves in success with Nima and Arun on each side. Nandu asks them to come together. ........
